Our 90mm-250mm PE Pipe Production Line is designed to produce high-quality PE pipes ranging from 90mm to 250mm in diameter. The main extruder features a powerful 90-33 motor, while the auxiliary machine has a 45-33 motor to support the production process. The 18.5kW motor provides additional power for the extruder.
The molds are specifically designed to produce pipes with diameters of 90mm, 110mm, 160mm, 200mm, and 250mm. The diameter calibrator ensures the pipes are formed with precision and accuracy.
To cool down the newly-formed pipes, the production line is equipped with a vacuum cooling tank, as well as two spray cooling tanks. Additionally, a three-claw traction machine is included to assist with pulling the pipe out of the mold and maintaining its shape.
In addition, this production line does not require any cutting or trimming equipment, and a discharge rack is included for easy removal of the finished product.
