The specific steps of the used pipe line are as follows：
1. Mixing and drying
The role of mixing and drying is to stir, dry, and mix the PE resin with the masterbatch to obtain a uniform raw material.
2. Plasticized extrusion
The raw materials are entered from the hopper into the extruder, and under the action of conveying, compression, melting, and homogenization, they gradually change from solid granular material to a high elastic state, and then from a high elastic state to a viscous fluid (viscous fluid state), and continuously extruded.
3. Mold forming
At a suitable temperature, the material extruded from the extruder enters the mold through the filter plate from rotational movement to linear movement.After spiral shunt, it is fused and compacted into a tubular billet in the forming section, and finally extruded from the mouth mold.
4. Cooling and setting
The heat pipe billet extruded from the mold is shaped and cooled by the vacuum centering box of the centering sleeve under negative pressure, and then through the spray cooling box to gradually cool the inside of the pipe, thereby curing and setting as a whole.
5. Cutting
Under the control of the meter wheel, the fixed-length cutting of the pipe is completed by a planetary cutting machine.
6. Stacking and packaging
The cut used pipe line is pushed to the turnover table, inspected and packed and shipped away.
