Second hand PVC pipe machine is divided into two types of RPVC pipes, hard and soft. It is made by mixing PVC resin with stabilizers, lubricants and other additives after granulation and extruder molding. Powder can also be used for one-time extrusion molding. RPVC pipes have good chemical resistance and insulation properties, mainly for conveying various fluids and for use as wire sleeves. RPVC pipe is easy to cut, weld, bond, heat and bend, so it is very convenient to install and use. SPVC pipe is made by adding a large amount of plasticizer, a certain amount of stabilizer and other additives to PVC resin and extrusion molding after granulation. SPVC pipes have excellent chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation, good softness and coloring. This kind of pipe is commonly used instead of rubber pipes to transport liquids and corrosive media. It is also used as cable sleeves and wire insulation pipes.
Product feature and application
(1) General soft products can be squeezed into cables, wires, hoses, etc. through an extruder; injection molding machines can be used with various molds to make soles, slippers, various plastic sandals, toys, auto parts, etc.
(2) PVC film After mixing and plasticizing PVC with additives, a transparent or colored film of a predetermined thickness can be made by using a three-roller or four-roller calendering machine. The calendered film can be processed by this method. Raincoats, tablecloths, curtains, packaging bags, inflatable toys, etc. can also be processed by tailoring and heat sealing. Wide-format transparent film can be used for greenhouses, plastic greenhouses and mulch; biaxially stretched film, due to its heat-shrinkable characteristics, can be used for shrink packaging.
(3) PVC foam products When soft PVC is mixed, an appropriate amount of foaming agent is added to make a sheet, and then foamed into foam plastic, which can be used as sandals, insoles, foam slippers, shockproof buffer packaging and other materials. In addition, an extruder can also be used to squeeze out low-foaming hard PVC sheets and special-shaped profiles. It is a new type of building decoration material that can replace wood for trial use.
(4) Leatherette with a substrate for PVC-coated products is made by first applying the PVC film to cloth or paper, and then plasticizing it above 100 degrees Celsius (you can also roll PVC and additives into a film first, and then press it with the substrate to form it); while leatherette without a substrate is directly rolled by the calendering machine into a soft sheet with a certain thickness, and then the pattern can be pressed. Artificial leather is widely used. It can be used to make leather bags, suitcases, book covers, sofas and car cushions. It can also be made into floor leather as a paving material for buildings.
(5) PVC paste resin Disperses the PVC emulsion or micro-suspended resin in a liquid plasticizer to swell and plasticize it into a plasticizing sol, then adds stabilizers, fillers, colorants, etc. After sufficient stirring to remove bubbles, it is formulated into a PVC paste, and then processed into various products by casting, impregnation or slush molding processes, such as hangers, tool handles, Christmas trees, etc.
(6) PVC transparent sheet, impact modifiers and organotin stabilizers are added to PVC, and it is mixed, plasticized, and rolled to become a transparent sheet. Then thermoforming can be used to make thin-walled transparent containers. It can also be used for vacuum blister packaging such as moon cake packaging boxes. It is an excellent packaging material and decorative material.
(7) PVC hard boards and sheets add stabilizers, lubricants and fillers to PVC. After mixing, various caliber hard pipes, shaped pipes, bellows and other products can be extruded by an extruder for use as sewer pipes, drinking water pipes, wire sleeves or stair handrails; The rolled flakes are overlapped and hot pressed to make hard sheets of various thicknesses. The sheets can be cut into various desired shapes, and PVC welding rods can be used to weld with hot air into various chemical-resistant storage tanks, air ducts, and containers.
(8) Other PVC applications use an extruder to process PVC into hard special-shaped materials and use them for door and window assembly. In some countries, doors and windows assembled with PVC hard profiles have jointly occupied the door and window market with wooden doors and windows, aluminum windows, etc.
