This HDPE pipe extrusion line is specially built to produce high‑quality water‑supply and drainage HDPE pipes within 315‑630 mm diameter range. It adopts energy‑saving single‑screw extruder, stable vacuum sizing tank, synchronous haul‑off unit and planetary cutter, delivering steady extrusion speed, even pipe wall thickness and smooth pipe surface.
Before customer on‑site inspection, our technical team has run multiple dry‑run checks and trial material tests to verify every component's performance. During the coming customer acceptance test, we will produce real HDPE pipe samples and show the whole working process.
After successful testing and acceptance, the whole line will be arranged for shipment
