Main Working Process
- Material mixing: PVC resin, stabilizers, fillers and foaming agents are hot‑cold mixed into dry compound, then fed into the conical twin‑screw extruder.
- Plasticizing & extruding: Heat and screw shear melt raw materials. Molten PVC flows through T‑die to form flat board profile.
- Vacuum calibration & cooling: Vacuum table fixes board width and thickness; circulating water cools sheets to avoid warping.
- Haul‑off & cutting: Haul‑off pulls boards at synchronized speed. Servo saw cuts sheets to required lengths, followed by auto stacking.
