Before conducting electrical connection tests, all electrical wiring and grounding must be inspected according to technical specifications. After energizing the system, first test the accuracy and stability of the temperature control system (±1°C) and confirm that all heating and cooling fans are operating normally. Next, start the main motor and inspect the screw rotation direction, speed adjustment, and operational noise/vibration of the gearbox and bearings under no-load conditions. Finally, conduct a combined test of the three-roll synchronism, traction system, and winding device to ensure reliable interlocking and emergency stop functions throughout the entire line.
