Second hand PVC granulation materials have non flammability, high strength, weather resistance, and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents, and strong acids. But it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and is not suitable for contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

PVC has poor flow characteristics and a narrow process range. Especially high molecular weight PVC materials are more difficult to process (these materials usually require the addition of lubricants to improve flow characteristics), so low molecular weight PVC materials are usually used.
