Characteristics of second-hand PVC production line products：
Raw material mixing: PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and other auxiliary materials are added to the high-speed mixer according to the process ratio. After high-speed operation, the material temperature is raised to the required process temperature through self friction. Then discharge the material into the cooling mixer to avoid plasticization and agglomeration. After cooling, the material will be manually fed into the extruder or conveyed through a conveyor.
- Extruder: The extruder is fixed with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion amount and loading amount. As a conical screw extruder, the feed section has a larger diameter, resulting in a larger heat transfer area and higher shear rate, making it more suitable for material plasticization. The diameter of the measuring section is small, resulting in a small heat transfer area and low melt shear rate, allowing for extrusion of the melt at lower temperatures. The feeding device and screw drive device are both controlled by frequency converters to achieve synchronous speed regulation.
Extrusion mold: PVC material from the extruder will be pushed into the mold by subsequent materials. Mold is a key component for forming pipes. In theory, if the composition or content of the pipe is different, the mold will also be different. So customers should choose the appropriate mold based on the actual product.
Vacuum shaping water tank is used for pipeline shaping and cooling. The tank is made of stainless steel and is fixed with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for forming and cooling. There are vertical and vertical adjustment devices inside the tank.
Tractors are used to continuously and manually pull formed pipes from molds. The tractor is controlled by a CV frequency converter and synchronized with the screw extruder for speed regulation. Cutting blade: Upon receiving a signal from a limit switch or other length control device, it will automatically cut and delay flipping. The cutting process is synchronized with the operation of the pipeline. The cutting machine is driven by electric and pneumatic devices to execute the cutting program. The cutting machine is equipped with a suction device to recycle the waste generated during cutting.
The reversing device is controlled by a cylinder. It has a limiting device. When the pipeline is cut, it will be transferred. After the delay, the cylinder will start working in order to discharge the pipeline. The reversing device will automatically reset with a delay of a few seconds to wait for the next cycle.
