Opaque condition: Issues such as internal wear, hydraulic oil aging, and circuit aging are difficult to judge from the appearance, which affects precision and stability.
Technical Timeliness
Rapid commissioning: Spot trading eliminates the months-long production and debugging cycle of new equipment, enabling businesses to quickly seize market opportunities.
Potential technical obsolescence: Early control systems and energy-saving technologies may be outdated, affecting the level of automation and production efficiency.
Market and Supply Chain
Easy access to spare parts: For domestic "legendary models" with large market shares such as Haitian, maintenance parts are in sufficient supply, and repair technologies are widely available.
Lack of after-sales service: There is generally no original manufacturer's warranty, and maintenance relies on third parties, with no guarantee of technical support and response speed.
Macroeconomic Policies
Policy support for recycling: The state is promoting equipment renewal and recycling, standardizing the second-hand trading market, and the trading environment is expected to improve in the long run.
Complex sources: Some equipment comes from bankrupt factories with unclear usage history and maintenance records, which may have hidden defects.
