The PVC pipe production line for 50-160mm specifications has been energized and put into trial operation
After energization, no-load and load trial runs were conducted. All equipment units (including the extruder, mold, calibration table, traction machine, and cutting device) started smoothly and operated in coordinated linkage. The entire production line ran stably and successfully produced pipe samples that meet the specifications, indicating that the mechanical transmission, temperature control, and electrical systems of the equipment are all in normal working condition. At present, the production line is fully ready to undertake production tasks.
